Accounting Staff (Sales & Deposit)

Job summary:

To issue invoice related to sales & service income; record sales in system; control account receivables from providers & deposit money of stores to make sure all are followed up completely, recorded exactly, timely and observing policy, Tax law & accounting law.

Job
accountabilities:

Follow up on registering invoice with tax & report used invoices quarterly
Follow up services and payment methods with Provider and other teams.
Follow up cash variance and money issue at store.
Internal support for other teams such as Marketing, Operations and Site Development department
Follow up on issuing Gift Voucher number & create them in system, recording expense or income related to Gift voucher
Arrange & file invoice, documents
Work with other related departments to resolve issues
Work with external related authorities such as Tax Office, External Auditor, Banks
Support Sales & Deposit Supervisor in other areas
Support Sales & Deposit Supervisor in preparing daily cash deposit report & daily cash variance report.
Follow up and checking VAT invoices for customer in the accounting software

· Computer literate with knowledge of Microsoft Office, spreadsheets and accounting systems/software
· Spoken and written English skills are essential
· Excellent interpersonal skills, resourceful with positive working attitude
· Able to work long and irregular hours.
· Degree/Diploma in Accounting or partial professional accounting qualifications
· Minimum 2 years relevant working experience
· Able to work independently and possess a high level of responsibility and commitment
· Able to handle full set of accounts
