Accounts Officer (Work At Quang Nam)

Follow established procedures for processing receipts, cash etc
+ Work with CS, Sales and customers about the invoice issuance matters;
+ Update the public payment list and the cash flow management report;
+ Update the bank data on the liquidity status report
+ Monitor customer account details for non-payments, delayed payments and other irregularities and update daily account receivable and collection report;
+ Daily invoice issuance and connection on SAP for sale activities; Prepare the adjustment/cancel minutes in case of adjustment/cancellation;
+ Payment checking & payment proceeding;
- Credit Control
+ Maintaining high service level to respond to customers enquiries related to AR balance and reconciliation.
+ Monitoring account receivable balances to achieve DSO KPI.
+ Liaising with customers as well as Sales team to follow up and ensure timely payment from customers while maintaining strong relationship.
+ Ensuring credit and collection policies and procedures are fully complied.
+ Communicating outstanding balance to customers and timely follow up collection.
+ Taking a proactive role in managing and collecting receivable from customers
+ Timely identifying issues related to credit risk and make recommendation.

- Strong knowledge on MS Office
- Able to work independently and under pressure
- Sincerity, honesty and interpersonal relationship
- At least 1 years of experience in relevant field
- Experience with accounting software (SAP is preferred)
- Good business acumen and flexible mindset for problem solving
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance
- Good team player, high level of communication and negotiation skill
- Accuracy and attention to detail
