Asia Clean Capital (“ACC”) is a leading clean energy solutions developer that works with large multinational and domestic firms to decarbonize their energy supply. In August 2020, ACC expanded operations to Vietnam with the establishment of Asia Clean Capital Vietnam. ACC is the only distributed solar developer invested in by Goldman Sachs and DCIF in PRC and was named the “Best Distributed Solar Developer” by TÜV NORD Group in 2016. Focused on rooftop solar projects, ACC invests 100 percent of the project costs and provides the design, engineering, equipment, government approvals, installation, and long-term maintenance of solar systems.

Job Description & Responsibilities
The person will have a strong focus on project origination and deal closing:
· Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. Promote ACCV brand and expand/nurture ACC’s network.
· Explore strategic corporate partnerships and business growth opportunities with ie. Industrial clusters, park developers, sustainability consultants, etc.
· Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies, trade show, event & chambers, etc.
· Take the lead by direct drafting & presenting commercial proposals based on technical and financial models meeting the project specifications and legal requirements.
· Identify and develop projects with immediate and upcoming opportunities for rooftop solar solutions under power purchase agreements (PPA); Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) and other needs to decarbonize the energy supply.
· Constantly find and develop new business relationships with key decision makers in Commercial & Industrial (C&I) market.
· Report effectively to senior management to enable quick decision-making and ability to influence a GO or NO-GO investment decision.
· Search for new information about potential clients. Monitor market trends, competition and anticipate the actions of competitors.
Key Skills & Competencies
· You have a good English and excellent interpersonal skills.
· You have the ability to think out of box and bring new innovation and strategic mindset to the work is also a key to this role
· You have a considerable client base especially with large commercial/industrial/corporate accounts
· You are passionate and result oriented, with an entrepreneurial mindset and proven track record of getting things done
· You have a minimum of 5 years of sales experiences in corporate services, ideally in commercial and industrial (C&I) market: industrial real estate, facilities management solutions, construction/engineering contractors, technology services, etc. Preferably in an international context, with international companies.
· You have good networking skills and customer-orientation, willing to spend time with major clients & accounts and be a decisive key role in main sales projects such as door opening, negotiating and deal closing
· You are result oriented, responsible and well organized
