As a Product Owner, you have a key role in our development team for our Autopilot system. The Autopilot is VinFast
next generation ADAS/AD system providing active safety and autonomous driving functions to customers worldwide.

- Participate and contribute to planning sessions for product increments
- Define a product vision for your component and have a long-term roadmap
- Support and participate in internal and external quality and/or process audits
- Take responsibility for the quality of the product.
- Collaborate with architects and other product owners for architectural roadmap
- Be responsible for stakeholder communication and alignment with technical project management
- Own and maintain the backlog for a SW component in our Autopilot system
- Create, maintain and prioritize backlog items with acceptance criteria

What you’ll need
- Several years of professional experience in technical leading roles within a software development organization
- 3+ years professional work experience with embedded software development for safety critical systems (e.g.,
- Strong technical background in software, understanding complex algorithm/architectural concepts
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Automotive, Electrical, Communication or Computer Engineering

- Experience with agile software development process
- Long term thinking, stable and scalable design & continuous improvement skills
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) to stakeholders at all levels
- Profound Knowledge of the software development life cycle
- Enjoying new challenges and innovative technologies
- Very good English language skills
Nice to Have’s
- Master’s Degree or higher in Automotive, Electrical, Communication, Computer Engineering or equivalent
- Knowledge of software components for ADAS/AD, e.g., Planning, Localization, Fusion etc.
