Admin Cum Receptionist

- Welcoming visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; answering or referring inquiries..
- Supporting HRM for recruitment and admin tasks such as:
+ Making probation contract, labor contract and monthly timesheet of HCM office.
+ Sometime, supporting other Departments: Sale and Project for printing and stamping dossiers.
+ Ordering stationeries, water; booking air-ticket, car hotel. Making name-card for employees.
+ Checking log-in/log-out report.
+ Preparing welcome package for newcomers.
+ Call candidates for supplying information and inviting for interview.
+ Following and reporting staff’s bike parking.
- Other tasks as required and will be trained.

- Colleges or University.
- At least 1 year of working experience in Admin/Receptionist.
- Female.
- Ability to work in a team and independently.
- Familiar with MS Office.
- Abilities to work under pressure and tight deadlines
- Be able to communicate in English.
- Analytical eye, attention to details and problem-solving skills.
- Strong organizational skills with ability to do multi-tasks and attention to detail.
- Honest. Good communication, planning and time management skills.
