Administaion Staff for Long Son Package D (LLDPE Plant)

* Take charge of accommodation in accordance with TTCL: F047: Accommodate Regulation including maintain and assure appropriate standards for accommodation
- Prepare furnisher and stock record
- Maintenance accommodation supplies, facilities, utilities and safety
- Control staff's name list at accommodation including register Temporary Residence at Police Division
- Record meter of electrical and water at accommodation
- Control and support maid/ housekeeper
- Responsibility for protecting or taking care of all asset in accommodation
* Responsibilities for transporation arrangement for working at site and other service to employees
- Monitor timesheet of drivers for each day
- Control mileage under the car rental service contract
* Be in charge of catering service and maintain standards of food hygiene
- Buying the best quality ingredients, equipments, goods and services to support a cook for food operation
* Other works and service as assigned
- Coordinate both internal and external such as Local government which is related with Admin and HR work
- Handle hospital emergency case
* Working place: At the construction site of Petrochemical Complex in South of Vietnam, Ba Ria – Vung Tau Province, Vietnam.

- Professional qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human resource, Business Administration, Political, Science or any related field
- Language proficiency: Good command in both written and spoken English
- Experience: Minimum 3-4 years of experience
