Administration Coordinator

PRESALES PROJECT ADMINISTRATION
• Receive request from sales, pass to AE team and follow up action, provide standard information to sales; update working status into systems
• Complete administration information/paper for tender document; collect quotation on spare part and service; translate catalogue; gather document for tender document from AE team
• Coordinate with Sales for tender submission.
INSTALLATION & COMMISSIONING PROJECT ADMINISTRATION
Responsible for Delivery process of Installation Project:
• Order material/accessories from local suppliers, manage order schedule, arrange delivery,
• Collect invoice from vendors and pass accounting for payment
• Collect and receive document to close project
• Assist Procurement in Vendor selection process, make local purchase (PV)
REPORTS & MEETING
• Update related database and system of department for reports
• CUSTOMER SERVICE
• Prepare scheduled meeting and ad-hoc reports
satisfaction
Collect and provide support to customers when any in order to maintain and improve the customer

University Degree
2-3 years of related experience

13th month of salary
