Responsible for collection and payment at cashier counters.
Able to meet shift working hours:
Prepare administrative reports as required by superiors.
Make advance, complete with accounting department.
Purchase stationery for the entire center. • Order ingredients for kitchen, bar.
Make daily and weekly revenue and expenditure reports to the management department.
Rotating shift - Morning shift: 9:00 - 18:00, Evening shift: 12:00-21:00(Arrange for 1 day off weekday, no break on Fri, Sat & Sun)
Other tasks as required by direct manager.
Counting cash at the end of the day to hand over the shift to the next person.

Có thể đáp ứng thời gian làm việc theo ca:
Xoay ca - Ca sáng: 9:00 - 18:00, Ca tối: 12: 00-21: 00 (Sắp xếp 1 ngày trong tuần, không nghỉ Thứ 6, T7 & CN)
Đặt mua hàng nguyên liệu cho bếp, quầy bar.
Mua hàng văn phòng phẩm cho toàn bộ trung tâm.
Làm báo cáo tình hình thu - chi hằng ngày, tuần gửi cho bộ phận quản lý.
Làm các báo cáo giấy tờ hành chính theo yêu cầu của cấp trên.
Kiểm đếm tiền mặt cuối ngày để bàn giao ca cho người kế tiếp.
Làm tạm ứng, hoàn ứng với bộ phận kế toán.
Các công việc khác theo yêu cầu của quản lý trực tiếp.

Work place: Marina Building, 9A Tran Van Tra, Tan Phong Ward, District 7, HCMC.

Communication in English or Korean is an advantage.
Good English communication.
