RESPONSIBILITIES:
The overarching responsibility for the Admissions cum Admin Executive for TH School in Vinh city is to support the teams to provide high quality admissions services and handle admin tasks to students and parents.
The Admissions cum Admin Executive’s role is to administer the admissions process for entry into TH Schools in Vinh across from Grade 9 to 12 together with handling admin tasks and be the contact point for the school in Vinh, including answering to the phone calls and receiving guests to school. The main purpose of the role is to support the Admissions Manager and SLT in ensuring the school’s recruitment targets are met; to handle all aspects of the school’s admissions process warmly, professionally and efficiently with a view to maximising the number of enquiries, visits, registrations and joiners. It is also the responsibility of the Admissions cum Admin Executive to ensure that the admissions database is at all times up to date with the prerequisite information on prospective families and their status and other mentioned above tasks.
In order to fulfil this responsibility, the Admissions cum Admin Executive will:
• Undertake any reasonable additional responsibilities as may be from time to time required by the line Manager
• Implement a reliable and easily accessible filing and checking procedure so that all required information is obtained and made available to the Principal, Heads of School and the line manager upon their request.
• Other tasks as assigned by Admissions Manager
• Based in Vinh city
• Monitor statistical records to be able to improve admissions strategies, forecasting, and overall operational efficiency.
• Coordinate with related departments in order to complete the admissions process professionally and successfully.
• Liaise with the school&039;s Marketing Department to develop materials to attract prospective parents and students and to participate in marketing events and activities when required.
• Support the Marketing Department in conducting research to identify additional ways to reach target groups and referral sources.
• To maintain the database, ensuring that all information gathered via enquiry forms or online forms and in interactions by phone or email is captured and recorded.
• Implement admissions and enrolment policies and procedures including evaluating the academic records of prospective students and working with others to develop admissions criteria and entrance tests.
• Respond promptly to admissions enquiries for TH schools from Grade 9 - 12 via phone or email, or in person, sending relevant material / information and adding a record on the admissions database.
• To update the database regularly to ensure that the status is live at all times and that School database is the central repository for all information about and contact with prospective families.
• Be a receptionist of the school: Answer to the phone calls and receiving guests to school
• To coordinate with Marketing Dept to organize and follow up with promotional events for prospective parents such as Open Days and Taster Days. Also support in site checks for marketing billboards… as requested by Marketing Manager of TH School.
• Proactively contact with local schools and education centers in Vinh to engage with them and promote TH school.
• Understanding well about school products. To keep abreast of achievements, events, activities and developments at TH schools so this information can be shared with prospective families.
• Search prospective parents and students.
• Support with school admin works such as examinations logistic arrangements
• To follow up all enquiries by phone, email or letter in a timely fashion.
• Implement all admissions activities for the school including attending recruitment related events and being the school’s representative, providing information to prospective parents and students about the school in a professional manner.
• A critical success factor of the post is the ability to build rapport with and develop strong relationships on the phone and in person with prospective parents as well as the current parents.

JOB SPECIFICATIONS
MINIMUM ACADEMIC/PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATION
• Vietnamese
• University degree in Business subjects is preferable
RELATED EXPERIENCE
• Have experience in education and at least 3 years working experience in sales for school/ language centre
