Aftersales Service Manager (Automobile)

Our client is a big manufacturing company, now looking for a Aftersales Service Manager (Automobile, $2000, ID14535)

Control Dealer Operation status base in the standard and increase CSI
Visiting, consulting, providing System and Business for Dealer follow the standard
Gather information on competitor service policies.
Provide suggestions for improving After Sales policies and systems enhance.
Implement after sales policies and evaluate dealers accordingly.
Develop and support Dealer network to start up aftersales business.
Support parts sales, training, technical support, and marketing campaigns to increase dealer competence
Assist in the initial operations of dealerships with the help of the function department.
Handle any other temporary arrangements as required.

Yêu cầu

Having experience in working with companies or government agencies is beneficial.
Sex: Male / Female
Possess a strong foundation in automobile knowledge and a comprehensive understanding of the automotive after- sales process
Excellent written English skills, and proficiency in Chinese is an additional advantage.
Bachelor degree or above in vehicle or related major
Minimum of 3- 5 years of experience in Automotive Industry in FDI Company.
