Mô tả công việc

1.General:
•Undertaking economic and financial analysis on trends, changes within agriculture industry.
•Monitoring economic situations and model changes within agribusiness sectors related to The PAN Group businesses.
•Assisting the DCEO of PAN Farm and subsidiary companies in equity raising and debt financing for capital need and long-term strategy, including financial modelling and liaising with domestic and international financial institutions.
•Support DCEO and Investment team in preparing pitch books and corporate profiles.
•Preparing and compiling reports (including management reports and other types of reports) and projections based on analysis.
2. Investment Evaluations:
•Performing in-depth sectorial research and deal valuation to support investment decisions
•Exploring and analyzing investment opportunities
•Forecasting and building financial model for investment appraisals
•Assisting with other legal and structural issues, including best practice advice
•Assisting the Finance team with projects as required and other task as assigned.
3. Project management & post investment management:
•Following up with the greenfield projects during establishment and operations.
•In-depth study of the company’s and/ or project’s operations.
•Frequent updates and analyses of business and financial performances.
•Supporting in value-added efforts for member companies & new projects.
•Regular reporting to DCEO and Management team.
•Other tasks as arising or assigned.

Yêu cầu công việc

1. Education and Qualification:
•Strong academic background from a reputable university in agri-business, finance, banking or related areas.
•Ability to analyze and research information.
2. Knowledge and Experience:
•3-5 years of relevant experience in Auditing, and/or Investment Banking (Food and agriculture).
•Fluency in written and spoken English and Vietnamese.
•Be able to build and/or to model consolidated financial statements.
•Self-driven, hard-working, independent and reliable.
•Demonstrates interpersonal savvy and influence through the ability to work effectively with others and building strong relationships with a variety of stake holders.
