Agriculture Manager (Kỹ Sư Nông Nghiệp)

We are Agreso, a leading company in Agriculture Solutions (Greenhouse, Modern Farming in the future) looking for an Agriculture Manager as bellows:

Responsibility:

• Assign duties and tasks to the staff and supervise them


• Base on the Budget, study various greenhouse projects in hand, make correct choices regarding to seeds, ways of breeding and plants' quantity to be grown


• Study safety policies and regulations and explain to the staffs


• Determine market's demand and plan the cultivation accordingly.


• Recruit and train employees in various gardening and greenhouse techniques.


• Look for commercial and economical plants and study diseases, insects and pests problem affecting to the plants


• Select the best seeds for cultivation, the best plant nutrients, fertilizers, pesticides and the best gardening equipment.


• Constantly visit the farms to understand the soil conditions, inspect plants and crops and manage the works


• Take care of landscape in the farm by cutting and pruning trees, shrubs and flowers, etc.


• Maintenance gardening equipment and other greenhouse facilities properly.


• Other jobs as directed by superiors

• Fluctuations in market prices can make long-term forecasting difficult.


• Outdoor work may be requested


• High professional requirements in various gardening and horticulture techniques.


• Highly knowledge requirements in various disease, pest and control techniques by using pesticides and medicines.


• Communication, interaction and customer service skills are necessary for commercial greenhouses manager.


• Good at Human Resource Management

• Horticulture

Work experience:

• At least 2 years.

Working location:

• Agreso Center in Pleiku, Gia Lai City (and other centers in the country)

Salary:

• 12,000,000 VND/M


• Bonus


• Other bonus as good result at work


• Salaries will be depended on your actual experience and will be check during probation time. (2 months)
