AI Engineer (Part-Time)

We are seeking a highly skilled AI Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in machine learning, data science, and a deep understanding of the financial industry. Key responsibilities include:

Collaborate with client business teams, marketing teams, and in- house data engineers to deliver a comprehensive solution
Analyze customer data and business requirements to propose suitable ML/AI solutions, aligning models and metrics with client expectations.
Develop ML pipelines on Google Cloud and apply ML results to automated marketing tools.

Computer Science Fundamentals and Programming (include data structures, algorithms, computability and complexity, computer architecture, etc.)
Understanding ML lifecycle concepts
ML Libraries (TensorFlow, OpenCV, scikit- learn, etc)
Ability to work independently, under pressure, and meet project deadlines.
Expert in Python and SQL programming.

Priority:

Experience working on Google Cloud Platform (GCP), familiar with BigQuery, Vertex AI.
Business domain knowledge: FSI
Experience in MLOps.
Experience in solving banking problems such as new customer acquisition, reactivating churned customers, cross- selling products, and customer segmentation.
Knowledge of Customer Data Platforms (CDPs), marketing automation tools, and experience with Google Analytics and Google Ads.

Preference is to work in the office. If that’s not possible, hybrid work will be considered
