AI/ML Engineers

•Build, test, and deploy production-quality AI models (e.g. customer segmentation, recommendation/predictive service, etc …) as APIs in our platform so that other applications can access them to improve retail business operations, as well as maintain the underlying AI infrastructure.
•Collaborate with various technical and non-technical stakeholders such as Data Engineer, Business Intelligence, Marketing, Sale and Operation teams to deliver AI-assisted solutions.
•Research and stay current on the state of the art in AI and data science practice; share knowledge with other team members in a multi-disciplinary team

•Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, related discipline or equivalent experience.
•Working experiences with data and machine learning (supervised learning, deep neural networks, unsupervised learning, e.g. clustering, dimensionality reduction) to solve practical problems
•Strong programming expertise with at least one of the following languages: Python, Java, JavaScript.
•Strong communication skills with a focus on both intra- and inter-team collaboration.
Preferred Qualifications
•Master/PhD’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related discipline.
•Familiarity with cloud technologies – especially GCP.
•Hands-on experience with popular machine learning tools/libraries
•Data story-telling, information visualization skills
•Experience with version control such as Git and CI/CD
•Experience with NLP is a plus
