Air Freight - Customer Service Staffs - Night Shift

Co-ordinate with customers and colleagues to fulfill the job.
Co-ordinate with carriers (airlines, shipping lines, co-loaders) to proceed the shipments.
Excellent communication skills (English and Vietnamese), spoken and written
Solving all the matters/problems related to operation jobs
Co-ordinate with overseas/ national agencies regarding the operation of shipments.
Handle daily working related to operation and documentation.

A- The working experience in international logistics and forwarding business from 1-2 years
D- Fluent English, good at reading, writing, listening and speaking, can work with overseas suppliers well.
B- Working time is as per the U.S. Eastern time, from 9PM-5AM Vietnam time, mainly work with Forwarders/ Agents
E- Good at learning , be careful in dealing with documents, fast-learning ability, can master the products knowledge, applications, business operations quickly.
C- Be good at the communications between the U.S. headquarter and the Forwarders/ Agents.

Location: Everrich Building, 290 An Duong Vuong Street, Ward 4, District 5, HCMC
