Air Freight Supervisor

- Daily tracking and update the cargo information to customers
- Be responsible for the development of air cargo and consultancy with director for all strategy, improvement related to job productivity
- Maintain and develop the relationship with customers
- Be responsible for Air Import/export document handling. Update shipment information in internal system, handle the billing ( debit note, payment..) to customer, oversea agent, airlines...
- Control export bookings to fill up the allocated space
- Negotiate with airlines for capacity and good pricing.
- Daily contact with customers to check export booking&039; status then arrange space, choose the prefer airlines; send A/N, DO for import cargo
- Resolve claims and disputes; support other department during high-volume period , vacation

- Good command of English both spoken and written, Good skills of computers & Microsoft Office
- Good communication and interpersonal skill,
- Proactively identify/solve problems and report timely to General Director
- From 05-07 years of experience in air logistics, specializing in air consolidation
- Bachelor’s degree of University graduate
- Work under pressure with high responsibility , creative and well organized
