Air Hub Supervisor

* In order to ensure safe, smooth and compliant operations, a management person is required to manage the gateway.
* The person will be responsible for but not limited to; the following:
- Manage daily browntail flight operations
+ Safety and Compliance
+ On Time Performance
+ Service commitment
- Train and certify gateway employees
- Train and certify vendor trainer and employees
- Ensure compliant of UPS and Aviation Industry procedures
- Engagement with local Aviation Authorities on compliance matters
- Service Performance reviews with ground handling and cargo terminal vendors
- Manage operations cost
- Attend to operational audits by:
+ UPS Airline
+ FAA/TSA
+ APAC Region TD Air Operations
+ Local Aviation Authorities
* Can work from 4:00 PM - 1:AM

* Work Experience / Education:
- Graduated university in logistics/supply chain/Import/export major or relevance
- 3 years of experience in similar positions or companies
- Able to work under pressure
- Diligent, detail oriented
- Good command in English
