Air Manager

Cooperate with other departments to handle and support oversea agent/customer for air shipments follow up the company’s standard process.
Create booking, AWB and other documents if need, key-in CW1
Send/receive and check/confirm the documents to/from related parties
Get booking from carrier and prepare documents to proceed the confirmed shipment
Contact with oversea agent/ co-loader/ airline to get the buying rate
Receive inquiry for air shipment (from sales/customer/oversea agent)
Receive and finish other tasks assigned from BOD and upper manager.
Incharges and make the neccesary documents such as letter of resistance to overseas agent / carrier/ co-loader when the cargo missed or damaged
Provide buying rate to sales or offer selling rate to the customer/agency
Responsible for operation activities, plan and report of air department involving customer service, office branch, company weekly/monthly basis
Check and confirm the documents with sales/customer/oversea agent
Send Pre-alert and follow/update the shipment status from ETD at origin to ETA at destination airport
Create and signs on air department documents such as AWB, guarantees, certifications, cash advances, ameding and other documents needed accordance with company work flow

Office informatics & Internet skills.
Working flexibly, diligence, accepting difficulties, good communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
Male/Female graduated from College and have least 1 year experience in the same company specialize in forwarding/ logistics/ shipping companies...
