Air & Ocean Freight Operation

• Assist handling the import and export sea & air process end to end.
• Booking directly with air/ocean carriers and inland transport operators
• Liaise with relative parties to ensure shipment on board on time.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with customs authorities, other agencies and suppliers

• Fluent in spoken and written English.
• University degree or equivalent
• Proven experience in Air/Sea Freight Forwarder industry and in the same position is preferred.
• Good at Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, Outlook, Elsa
• Good communication skills, business mindset, customer orientation, achievement-driven, teamwork spirit
• Ability to work under pressure & work overtime if needed.
• Being diligent and detail-oriented and committed to a high standard of quality and effectiveness
