Airfreight Operation Coordinator

ZIM LOGISTICS VIETNAM (ZLV) is a subsidiary for ZIM Line. ZLV performs full local services including Sea-freight, Air-freight, customs declaration, export and import licenses, logistics consultancy service, project cargo, cross-border trucking, warehousing and E-Commerce custom brokerage and fulfillment logistics.
Main responsibilities:
Liaise with customers, agents to send D/O, bill, booking and other related document
Correspond with airlines for any change in the booking and request extend cut-off time if cargo late delivery.
Make booking related to shipping activities by Air, Customs clearance, any other tasks relating to export/import shipments
Issue HAWB to customer and MAWB to Airlines.
Contact agents, airlines to track the schedule and perform shipment related operations.

• At least 2 years of working experience in a related field
• Experience with import-export software (VNACCS)
• Bachelor&039;s Degree, Logistic/Transportation, or equivalent.
• Communication & Interpersonal skills
• Familiar with MS Word and Excel and comfortable using IT applications.
