Airfreight Supervisor

· Lead operation staffs of air export, import field.

Supervise daily operations to make sure both company’s E-FMS compliance and customers’ SOP keep on track.
Effect necessary communication and motivation to staffs.
Provide solution for any operational issue(s)
To be responsible for getting best rates from airlines, trucking companies or any other partners. Quote for oversea, local customers’ & sales department’s airfreight requests.

· Supporting, consulting, and coaching with colleagues about the profession

· Always thinking about improving business methods, participation in company&039;s activities,

· Responsible for the management of customer relations and ensuring that your staffs manage any complaints appropriately

· Some other tasks when needed and assigned by supervisors.

· Ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of air exports.

· Make sure staff’s operation close job’s hard copies and on systems monthly before deadline.

· Arrange space for all air export shipments.Make weekly/monthly report.

· Dealing with airlines lines, agent, and related parties to have solutions settled properly.

· Manage, guide, monitor and inspire your team to be effective and consistent with the office and company’s direction and objective.

· Participate in internal quality assessment, detect, and propose remedial measures, prevent existing or potential nonconformities of services and work processes.

· Responsible for accomplishing the department&039;s goals and individual goals.

· Understand the market situation, promptly report all market trends and changes of competitors to Product Manager.

· Bachelor’s degree

· Good listening skills, good negotiation skills.
· Skills to organize work in a scientific and systematic way.
· Ability to think and analyze well to target customers and potential customers.
· Skills to convince and appease customers.
· Good communication skills to be able to create wide relationships with customers and related partners.
· Having extensive knowledge of the domestic and international freight forwarding profession, knowledge of foreign trade import and export.
· Ability to organize work scientifically and systematically.
· Foreign language: Proficient in at least one language (With English: TOEIC 650 or higher or equivalent).
· Computing: Proficient in Microsoft Office
· At least 5 years relevant working experience in import/export in the field of logistics/ freight forwarding.
