Airfreight Supervisor

ZIM LOGISTICS VIETNAM (ZLV) is a subsidiary for ZIM Line. ZLV performs full local services including Sea-freight, Air-freight, customs declaration, export and import licenses, logistics consultancy service, project cargo, cross-border trucking, warehousing and E-Commerce custom brokerage and fulfillment logistics.

Main responsibilities:
Develop new customers and new business models for international air freight forwarding business.
Keep and maintain good relationship with customers.
Support and resolve customer inquiries as well as arising problem.,
Conduct sales calls, make presentations, provide product support and perform other sales and marketing functions as needed by existing or potential Clients.
Communicate and cooperate with other business departments to implement sales plan.
Prepare quotation, sales contract and other supporting documents.
Make plan to search, visit, approach customers to increase new and potential customers.
Perform any other duties as assigned by Manager business partners

• Fluent in English speaking and writing
• Familiarity with MS Word and Excel and comfortable using IT applications
• Above 3 years experience working in related industry
• Bachelor’s Degree
