We are currently seeking an ambitious individual to join this team in the role of ALCM Manager, Finance Department (GCB6) ​

Principal accountabilities:

• Prepare and monitor daily liquidity reports in accordance with Regional and Local regulatory requirements.


• Prepare daily liquidity forecast on both local and Group basis, suggest mitigation actions to ALCM Head, and follow up with business on the execution.


• Prepare and monitor other ALCM reports in accordance with Group and Local regulatory requirements


• Prepare ALCO pack and ALCO meeting slides


• Perform quarterly forecast on Balance sheet, LCR and NSFR


• Manage monthly LP calculation process


• Prepare quarterly and yearly liquidity risk reports in accordance with local regulations.


• Support ALCM Head to prepare annual ILAAP


• Analyze new Group and regulatory requirements on liquidity and funding risk, and capital risk management.


• Perform the projection on capital adequacy ratio and prepare annual capital plan


• Perform the analysis on asset & liability but not limited to margin analysis, sensitivity analysis, pricing trends of business and impact to liquidity ratio


• Surpervise GFC team deliverables


• Handle ad hoc requests from Senior Management and Business related to Liquidity & Funding, and Capital Management.

Experience, Skills and Qualifications

• A graduate degree in Accounting/Finance, preferably ACCA or internationally recognized qualified Accountants


• Be careful and willing to work with details


• Strong MS Office skills and analytical skills


• Strong influence skill and communication to form effective relationships with stakeholders
