The general accountant will work closely with the directors to maintain and update sensitive information for the organization. Individuals applying for this position must be detailed, meticulous, observant, and super trustworthy.

Some responsibilities related to:

• Maintain and update system workflow

• Manage and audit accounting transactions (incoming and outgoing)

• Prepare routined budget report and analysis (monthly, quarterly and annual)

• Ensure timely bank payments through tracking and follow-up

• Compose accounts payable and receivable

• Manage sensitive information and legal documents

• Check on contracts and manage financial timelines

• Storage of confidential data and hard copies

• Keep updated on all other taxes, law, and policies

Other requirements include:

• Extremely careful with high attention to details

• Highly organized and excellent time management skills

• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Powerpoint, and Word)

• Experienced in accounting software

• Fluent in both English and Vietnamese languages

• 2+ years experience in accounting

• College degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance, or relevant field
