Alternative Distribution Training Assistant Manager

POSITION PURPOSE
To support Head of AD Training in defining, designing, developing training programs that meet AD’s need according to each stage of development. Do the TTT to ADT Delivery team, train all courses from sales to supervisory courses and transferring them all at high quality for agency force & partners staff & management team nation-wide.
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Conduct all AD training programs from sales to supervisory courses.
- Take a leadership and coaching roles in developing professional and skillful deliver team;
- Communicate effectively with Sales (IO/IS and partners ‘staff), agency leaders of all levels (IL/SM/MSD/PSD/RD/TD) to customize the training programs;
- Assist Head of AD Training in all the daily management practice and AD project designing, developing, organizing & implementing properly.
- Support Head of AD Training to further improve, develop and upgrade the AD Training programs;
- Implement and transfer all the training programs to ADT Delivery and RD/TD in a professional and timely manner.

Qualification:
• Relevant tertiary qualification and above such as teaching or managerial study.
• University degree or above
• Relevant life insurance diploma/certificate is preferred such as LOMA, LIMRA.
Experience:
• Practical experience as a sales trainer in the financial service industry (bancassurance) is essential.
• Two years working experience as a team supervisor or relevant position is preferred.
• At least (5) year working experience in foreign or joint-venture life insurance companies.
Skill:
• Good in planning, coaching and leadership skills.
• Excellent communication skill in both Vietnamese and English.
• Ability to translate both written and verbal English is essential.
• Excellent in design and develop training program & presentation skill.
Characteristic:
• Being a strong interpersonal and good team builder.
