Android Developer (Java)

Our scope is at application layer.
This project is for Android HMI development for many OEM.
Your main task is to develop and maintain App for android. You will be part of a global team working on designing and developing solutions for App for Linux, QNX RTOS and Android. Your colleges locates at Germany, India, China and Vietnam.
Bosch Car Multimedia team is looking for full-time Java Software Engineers focusing on HMI Application working at Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.
As a Android Developer, your typical work activities include:
- Co-ordination with global team and support customer request.
- Defect analysis and resolution in android App pipeline.
- Active participation in technical discussions with various stakeholders.
- Development and maintenance of software solutions for App in Android platform.
- Analysis of new customer requirements, design and implementation of efficient solution

The job might be fit for you if you have:
- Performance analysis and tuning experience; including memory usage, CPU utilization and memory leakage.
- Bachelor&039;s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent.
- Experiences in writing OOP code and apps development using MVC, MVP or MVVM.
- Good English communication skills, be able to interact fluently with worldwide stakeholders.
- Different levels of experiences are welcomed (junior to senior).
- Strong understanding of Object Oriented Design, broadcast receiver, activity, fragment and service lifecycle.
- In-depth understanding of UI component & customization; proficient in creating flexible UI for various device screen sizes.
- Strong experiences in caching, lazy loading, background threads, networking, push notifications
- At least 2-years experiences in native Android development (Android Studio, Kotlin, Java, Google API…).
- Experiences in JSON, Web Services, Location Services, etc.
Nice to have
- Basic knowledge of Agile framework, scrum, sprints.
- Knowledge of RTOS and Hypervisor technology
- Working knowledge of git, github, gerrit, make, cmake, Yocto etc
- Cross-platform development experience (ARM, x86)
- Design and modeling language (UML)
- Basic development experience in QNX and Android platforms is a plus
