Animal Nutrition Business Manager

*Marketing & Sales

– Manage and support sales & marketing by following the strategy and target from Regional office

– Propose and set up sales strategy and action plans by customers in the country

– Manage sales and Develop new customers

– Keep good relationship and communication with customers and regular visits

– Follow up and coordinate with Regional office on customer’s order, delivery and complaint

– Provide monthly rolling forecast by customer

-Provide monthly report and feedback market updates regularly

-Monitor customer’s Financial performance & updates. Support and follow up on account payable.

-Propose and prepare annual sales and expense budget. Update of sales & expense budget on quarterly basic

-Support Regional account managed by Regional office

-Manage local distributors

*Promotion Activities, Market Update & Study

-Propose and Coordinate promotion activities

-Market report such as feed & livestock movements, competitors activities etc

-Collate and update of feed data, market shares by supplier on annual basis

-Collection of Import and Export statistics on monthly/quarterly basis

-Attend local conference and seminar to obtain latest market information and support for future business expansion opportunities

-Propose, plan and organize value added services for customers to increase loyalty, business retention and expand sales

– Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Management or Chemical

– English proficiency is a must

– At least than 8 years experience in animal nutrition or related industry

– Extensive experience in sales, marketing, business development, market access
