A&P Executive - Visual Merchandise, Event & Promotion

JOBPURPOSE:

The Visual Merchandise (VM) & Event & Promotion Executive’s role is to create the best brand experience and communication through the implementation of effective and meaningful displays/decoration/Mall event, effective Promotion Program to engage shoppers and pushing sales for tenants.

KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Oversee all projects related to Mall display/ decoration, event/promotion from conception to implementation

• Plan and deliver effective promotion programs to engage shoppers, build and retain loyal customers and drive the best traffic/ sales for tenants.

• Manage the display / decoration/ event set-up as per committed timeline and Guideline for Shopping Mall Set-up andOperation

• Ensure that company’s brand and identity on all design materials

• Get all required legal documents/ licences/approvals from the local authorities on Promotion, Event and printing materials

• Co-ordinate with related partners to get sponsorship for Mall campaigns and organize events/community activities

• Prepare Campaign report, Daily and Monthly Mall Traffic report.

• Other marketing task as assigned

• Bachelor’s Degree holder in Economics, Marketing, Multimedia, VM design, 3D design

• Good background in retail, market, customer research

• To be capable to develop visual merchandise design with creative flair and imagination

• To have knowledge in AutoCAD, Mockshop or Adobe Creative Suite with a concentration in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign… is a plus

• To demonstrate outgoing personality with good communication skills in English and Vietnamese 

• To be able to do multiple tasks and work independently
