Application Engineer (Northern Vietnam)

To provide on-site technical support in installation, training and maintenance services to our customers.
Main duties:

Serving all vendors located in the covered region
Provide web application and printing system demonstration as well as sample preparation.
Day to Day technical support with all Heat transfer label with application needs
Assist in ad-hoc project assigned by supervisor.
Occasional travel to other locations to provide technical support.
Provide on-site system & equipment installation, and subsequent post-sales support services.
Work with overseas field service team for installation and provide technical support.
Including all activities of local/global development, pre-order/post order trails and enquiries, audits, training

Fluent in English and the local language.
At least 3 years in service industry.
Higher Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or related to quality assurance /quality management may also be considered
Willing to travel to support Customer onsite from Central to Northern Vietnam.
Able to work independently and with good sense in prioritization of work.
PC proficiency, familiar with window OS and MS Office and knowledge in networkings system.
Excellent interpersonal and presentation skill.
Positive attitude, proactive, self-starter, patient and result-oriented.
Experience in thermal printing is an advantage.
