Applications Manager Python, Nodejs

Purpose

To lead digital transformation on Living/Tenant/Retail platforms to enhance customer experience and convenience by collecting all the touch points in the customer journey

Responsibilities

Analysis and products from competitors to identify benefit metrics to enhance the assigned product
Understand technical solutions include frontend interfaces and backend logic
Accountable for the success of the application product from End to End
Develop, implement and strategize product roadmap to ensure the success
Monitor implementation timelines, costs and resources in order to meeting KPI and to ensure delivery of the IT solutions

Organisational Relationships

Oversee and develop the assigned project with internal teams
Work closely with Head of Department, project stakeholders, business consultants, internal and external service providers to ensure end-to-end delivery

Education

Certification in MCSD or and PMI is preferred
Accredited degree in Information Systems/Technology, Computer Science, Systems Engineering.

Work Experience Require

Chatbot and Power BI experiences are preferred
Experience in B2C business, Machine Learning / Data analytics
Good programming foundation (LowCode,Python, ReactJS, NodeJS)
Minimum 10 years working experience in e-Commerce Product ManagementRelevant experience in implementing and operating mega e-commerce solutions
Broad experience and understanding in enterprise IT solutions such as e-Commerce portal, loyalty program, chatbot, Proptech, content management system and iOT integration

Other Competencies

Strong analytical, project management and communications skills, and self-motivated
Good communication, verbal, written and presentation skills to effectively describe and demonstrate proposed solutions to internal and external parties
