• Maintain up-to-date billing system, generate and send out debit note/pro-forma invoices for tuition fee, ASA, late charge, summer camp, bus fee, field trip, uniform, daycare...
• Prepare, and reconcile tax invoices with billing system and accounting book
• Explain and advise the clients about the price/ payment option/credit term
• Follow up on collection of tuition fee, monitor customer account detail for non-payment, delayed payment
• Send reminders on overdue tuition, ensure no bad debt incur
• Update cash receipt/bank transfer receipt to accounting book daily
• Perform account receivable reconciliation, age analysis monthly
• Assist Finance Manager in reviewing all account receivable transactions and support in cash and bank reconciliation
• Ensure all related accounting documents checked, filed and maintained properly in compliance with requirements from managements, group and local regulations
• Assist Finance Manager and Head of Finance to deal with clients/other team regarding all transaction related to tuition fee and other related fees
• Support Finance Manager in setting up and managing properly internal controls and standard operation procedures related to AR
• Other duties upon the request of Finance Manager and Head of Finance

<Saturday Working: NO>

- Working Time: 8:00-17:00(Mon-Fri)

- Monthly Salary: 400–450USD

<Necessary Skills / Experience>

• Gender: any
• Age: up to 30
• Education: Bachelor
• English: advanced
• Computing: MS Excel
• 1+ year of work experience in Accounting and Finance
• Solid knowledge of Vietnam Tax Law (VAT, CIT, PIT, FCT...) and Vietnam Accounting Standards and IFRS

 <Preferable Skills / Experience>

• MBA or CPA certificate
• Accounting software: SAP
• Experience in education industry
• Good financial and analytical skills
• Personality: independent, pro-active, flexible, self-starter, result-oriented
