AR Accountant

•Counting the float cash to make sure that they all match to the report and submit the report to the chief accountant
•Check all the information needed such as deposit by bank transfer, counterfeit money or torn money as well as foreign currency …
•Check with bank for cash bank in from oversea
•Check & give advance the money for purchasing-dept from petty cash
•Collect cash from customer and issue receipt to customer
•Manage transactions with customers using cash registers
•Check approved price ensure pricing is accurate
•Track transactions on cash & collection report any discrepancies
•Check customer information with S&M to consist with cash & collection report & Phoebus system and Work with them for normal/urgent/special cases from Buyers effect to Accounting standard/treatment
•Issue Payment Notice/Reminder & highlight late payment on schedule
•Keep & track invoice & receipt each unit to ensure enough documents do pink book in future
•Follow & Approve payment scheme & collection in Phoebus system
•Issue invoice base on collection on Phoebus system
•Reconcile AR account how to ensure all AR transactions record exactly & timely
•Prepare & reconcile Collection report
•Check payment scheme in SPA/LTLA
•Follow with Banks for approved special cases: Early payment, offer interest to customers, End user bank financing
•Other related tasks as assigned.

Having 2 experience years in Accounting position, in multi-national environment and Real Estate Company is preferable

Bachelor or College degree in Accounting
Proficient in the use of Microsoft office (Word, Strong in Excel, Outlook)
Ability to make report and present properly in English.
Work requires willingness to work a flexible schedule.
