Architect

• Liaises with design team on design, coordination issues
• Establish requirements of Site Office Operations by the contractor
• Oversees and monitor progress of on-site work and resolves any arising issues
• Reviews shop drawings, RFI, material samples, method statement, etc
• Works closely with Team Leaders to highlight discrepancies in drawings or lacking areas to ensure smooth delivery of project
• Participate in furthering company’s Project Portfolio for Data Centre / Industrial Projects
• Oversee and lead Architectural teams in Project-in-charge
• Attends meetings with design team and coordinates with all disciplines involved in projects (e.g. architectural, structural, mechanical and electrical, interior design and landscaping)
• Liaises with contractors and consultants on work site
• Coordinates site inspection and authority clearances

• Good knowledge of architectural details, working drawings and construction practices;
• Possesses minimum 5-10 years of relevant experience in Data Centre / Industrial Projects
• Conversant with local codes and regulations.
• Flair in design, ability to sketch fast and produce good design concepts;
• Knowledge of computer 3D and presentation programmes such as AutoCAD, Revit, Photoshop and Sketchup;
• Preferably registered with the Board of Architects, Singapore
• Graduated with a recognized Degree in Architecture
• Possesses good and fundamental understanding of Engineering concepts for Data Centre / Industrial related projects
• Familiar with TIA/ Uptime Design Requirements and Data Center / Data Hall Planning would be advantages
