Architect / ID Executive

*** Vị trí tuyển cho dự án Đồng Nai WaterFront - Dự án liên doanh giữa Nam Long và Keppel Land Vietnam
* MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Participate in FS research. Participate in planning research, checking planning parameters
-Design for architecture consulting, interior, landscape
-Support to perform work following process from design to construction and completion of the project.
-Check the works of Consultants.
-Participate in building and developing products.
* KRA:
To perform the following:
•Design architecture
•Show gallery / Show unit
•Show Gallery/Show Unit
•Internal garden area
•Participate in building FS.
•Supervise Consultants
•Check the planning parameters of the project
To build and develop:
-Apartment type
-General utilities and outdoor utilities
-Internal garden area
-Safety design
To provide architecture information and cooperate with other departments:
-Project legal department
-Sales & Marketing department
-R&D department
-Construction department

1.Qualification:
oUniversity graduation, major in architecture and interior design
2.Working Experience:
o4-5 years experience in housing architecture design
oExperience in project design management
3.Functional Competency
oKnowledge of standards, standards, laws and health and safety knowledge in the design and construction of Housing and Urban Planning
oProfessional capacity in construction planning, building architecture, furniture and landscaping for Housing
oDesign skills to prepare drawings and presentation.
oUnderstand the professional practice task in caring between architects and customers, between colleagues and with company’s managerial partners.
oAbility to analyze and evaluate in professional
oAbility to create.
oTeamwork skills, good cooperation with team members.
oUnderstand about construction technical
oPractical experience and ability to apply new architectural trends to new standards.
oCommunication and presentation skills
oKnowledge of design and planning for apartments, houses and high-rise buildings
oSoft skills: Acad, Sketch up, 3Dmax, Photoshop, Revit, MS office
oEnglish: listening, speaking, reading and writing skills
