Art Director

We are seeking a highly creative and motivated Art Director to join Circus Digital. The ideal candidate will have a passion for design and a proven track record of creating visually stunning and impactful advertising campaigns.

• Collaborate with the creative team to develop and execute advertising concepts, strategies, and visual designs


• Lead and inspire junior art staff to deliver high-quality, innovative, and effective design solutions


• Conceptualize and design print, digital, and multimedia advertising materials


• Present and defend creative work to internal teams and clients


• Supervise the production process to deliver the ad material at its finest


• Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, techniques, and technologies


• Manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines while maintaining attention to detail


• Mentor junior designers and provide constructive feedback to help them grow professionally

• Ability to think creatively and come up with unique, impactful design solutions

• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design work, including print, digital, and multimedia


• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills


• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of ideas, IMC campaign materials, and design work - including video, print, digital, and multimedia

• At least 2 years of experience as an Art Director in an advertising agency for Art Director position
