JOB DESCRIPTION
Most frequent duties – 70%
In charge of big Japanese F&B clients (Ajinomoto & Acecook)
Conceptualize campaign vision and develop the art execution
Cooperate with other Creative team members and other teams to develop communication plans from idea to final execution on assigned projects
Report to line managers frequently
Delegate projects to in-house Designers and oversee the art quality on assigned projects
Present/ Oversee the presentation of final concepts and coordinate production & dissemination for cross-organizational use
Quick respond to client commentary and requests to provide the solutions
Occasional duties – 30%
Work with internal/ 3rd parties to produce the final artwork (TVC, digital clips, key visuals, Facebook posts, printing & digital materials, etc.)
Expand the experience by joining pitches for other diversified clients (bike, beer, health & beauty, home appliances, finance, etc.)
REQUIREMENTS
Background:Working in the Advertising industry
Experience
More than 3 years of hands-on experience as a professional Graphic Designer
More than one year of experience in a management role
A well-rounded portfolio of F&B clients, demonstrates a strong understanding of client objectives
Knowledge
Proficiency in use of Adobe Creative Suite software (Photoshop, Illustrator is a must), or other visual design/ video/ social works creating tools
Must understand design in multiple mediums — print, digital, mobile
Have a solid knowledge of photography and video production, illustration, graphic motion, and social mediums

Highly skilled at leading a team of creative talents
Sketching/ Drawing
Be able to present creative work internally and to clients fluently in Vietnamese & English
Time management
Strong creative vision with an understanding of business objectives
Be able to collect and interpret feedback
Exceptional capability with typography, layout
Be able to critically communicate and persuade around design concepts

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or related field
