Art Director

OVERVIEW
“What we can do is mapping out the effective way to drive across the platforms and make the best out of it” - That is what helped us experience well in the field of Essential Digital Solution from the past 7 years. We are currently looking for an Art Director to join us.
In this role, you will be responsible for driving projects and for priority MAC Media clients & developing Design Team.
RESPONSIBILITIES

20% – Design.
70% – Art Direction.
10% – Ideation.

· Working directly with Planner Team to provide Art Direction for planning jobs.
· Leading and managing design team (from 3 to 5 people) in all aspects: timeline, quality, task assignment...
· Working directly with Production team to manage the products that need shooting.
· Presenting Art Direction/Concept to internal teams and clients.
· Visualize concepts and interpret them into design/key visual.
· Working directly and closely with Account Team and other Leaders about workflow issues.
· Handling arising problems from clients and internal teams.

· In-external ideas selling. Client facing experience.
· Having experiences working for FMCG and Real Estate is a plus.
· Ability to work under high pressure.
· Hard working. Supportive. Good team-player.
· Hands-on experience with Adobe Creative Suites (Illustrator, Photoshop...)
· At least 5 experience years in Advertising/Digital agency.
· Previous position: Junior Art Director.
· Understanding the design formats of social platforms: Facebook, Instagram, Banner ads...
· Bachelor degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Design.
· Having experiences working in ATL/ Digital agencies.
· Team leading experience.
· Good understanding of Art Direction, Design and Ideation.
· Project and timeline management experience.
· Excellent visual design skills, layout, key visual, TVC production…
