Art director/Designer

Role purpose:
Your attitude and motivation for realizing concepts and big ideas are matched only by your enthusiasm and dedication to producing the highest caliber of creative product. You develop to lead the immediate freelance designers and creative work with focus, commitment, and an ever-increasing knowledge of all things design and art.
Key accountabilities:

Identify creative thinking towards big ideas
Lead motivates and develops the design team
Visualize concepts and interpret them into design
Understand a brand’s tone and positioning
Open to all types of creative (event, TVC, films, documentary)
Provides insightful, creative executions which positively impact a client’s business
Takes ownership of creative work and leads the design team by example
Present big ideas to clients using a variety of techniques
Work closely with Creative Director to execute creative concepts

Professional skills:

Excellent visual design skills
Exhibit excellent design, art direction visualization skills
Expert knowledge of software packages including Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator
Has structure writing skill
