Art Manager (Event)

Duties and Responsibilities
Develop concept & visual for event & imc campaign

Involve in briefing, debriefing, brainstorming, generating ideas, concepts and executiong for pitches and productions.
Assisting the Associate Creative Director in overseeing all of the visual design work and projects.
Cooperate with related departments, especially Account & Operation to ensure ideation all aspects of the campaign align with clients’ need
Perform art direction and execution:
Hand-on in producing key visual, video storyboard, social media illustration POSMs.
Other material s, videos for IMC & Event’s proposals

Production supervision:

Supervise and provide FA files for production house
Check and consult about images and sounds copyright
Inspire and present concept to artists, photographer, director, cameraman and ensure final execution

Job requirements

Ability to delegate responsibilities., coordination, proficiency with Creative Tools
Strong Interpersonal, time and project management, and leadership skills
Team player with strong communication and presentation skills
Demonstrable 2D graphic design skills with a strong portfolio
Have solid knowledge of photography and video production
Strong creative vision with an understanding of business objectives
Skectching is a plus
2 year+ proven working experience as Art Manager/ Junior Art Director in IMC or Event agency
