Assembly Process Engineer

Designing and improve tools, fixtures, machines and assembly line layout.
Engineer double check changing model, train leader to make sure not to make a mistake.
Report to Assembly Engineering Supervisor.
Coordinating with engineering department to deploy new projects: Listen and try to understand the method to make it better
Layout improvement: Support Leader about 5S.
Defect rate improvement: Analyze and eliminate defects for the assembly line, feedback material defects to involved department.
Productivity improvement: Balance line, analyze Cycle Time and Tact Times
EC follow up, follow up samples.
Setup processes of rework.
Analyze material issue and feedback, help to organize the processes of getting and returning material.
PFD, PFMEA, CP, WI, document: Work with Leader so that Leader train workers.
Translate for Leader so that Leader solve the problem.

Experience: 1~3 - year experience in process control or production line
Degree: Mechatronics, Electronics, Mechanical, Industrial Management
English: Communication in English skills
Others:

Knowledge of ISO 9001, 13485. 5S, PDCA, 7 SPC tools
Understanding and making drawings with CAD, Solid works software
Willing to learn

Working location: No. 26A, Street 5, Viet Nam Singapore 2 Industrial Park – VSIP2, Hoa Phu ward, Thu Dau Mot, Binh Duong
Working time:
From Mon – Fri (08:00 – 16:45)
Sat: 08:00 – 16:00 (18 days/ year for the 1st year he/she join with us. From the 2nd year it will be 12 days)
