Produce access for brand as per aligned program
Execute brand marketing strategy to ensure the delivery of sales, margin, and market share target.
Work with cross- functional teams to deliver business result.
Work closely with brand manager to develop communication, and promotion material for the brand.
ResponsibilitiesCooperate with related partners (in- house or outsource) to do market surveys on promotional programs to determine customer attitude, perception, and acceptance.
Review complaints and propose solutions relating to assigned products.
Actively assist Marketing team in executing marketing campaign, ranging from digital advertising to CRM lead, online and offline activation
Develop sufficient promotional materials such as brochures, catalogues, information booklet which are in line with product positioning.
Provide input to develope marketing campaign & promotion program, which bases on brand positioning.
Provide information in forecasting market’s product demand, identify potential supply issues, and develop contingency plans.
Propose marketing objectives, advertising and promotion, which bases on Corporate Branding foundation, and ensure their execution for the assigned products.
Cooperate with related partners (in- house or outsource) to do market surveys on promotional programs to determine customer attitude, perception, and acceptance. Evaluate effectiveness of promotion program & propose solution/area to improve.
Collect, compile, verify data of internal sales, retailer audit, product/promotion performance, customer/consumer feedback & behavior and make report to relevant managers.
Tracking & evaluate effectiveness of promotion program, manage stock left of promotion gift, propose solution/area to improve if issue happens.
Support in developing product training to field force on an ongoing basis. Keep Field Force updated on product knowledge and competitor information.
Support Marketing Manager in coordinating with agencies to develop promotional materials including both online and offline materials, i.e. eDM, Facebook post, website content, detailing Aids, consumer leaflet… which are in line with product positioning.
Strictly follow up execution with vendor & make alignment with related stake- holder to ensure marketing campaign and promotion program on time & in quality.
Support in developing product training to field force on an ongoing basis. Keep Field Force updated on product knowledge and competitor information.
Evaluate effectiveness of promotion efforts through strictly follow up the execution of promotional programs.
Ensure document/record of approval for all execution activities
Coordinate with relevant to consolidate budget and activities KPI and monitor spending activities to ensure actual spend inline with budget plan.
Ensure all business activities comply with the WHO code, Viet Nam code, relevant Acts, legal demands, Abbott code of conduct and ethical standards.

Prior experience in marketing, accounting, digital agency, project management is preferable
Good command of English
