We are searching for an experienced Assistant Brand Manager to support Brand Manager/ Marketing Manager in planning and executing marketing campaigns in line with brand objectives and directions.
In this role, you should be creative and results-oriented. An analytical mind and research skills are essential to this job. If you’re also an excellent communicator and team player, we’d like to meet you.
Your goal will be to create/ increase consumer demand, and brand building through effective marketing plans and campaigns.
The Opportunity
The role is primarily responsible for but not limited to:
•To assist Brand Manager/ Marketing Manager in developing brand strategies and plans
•To be responsible for translating brand plans into effective execution plans for all channels, including digital and eCom
•To execute approved plans flawlessly via clear communications and working closely with cross functions, partners, agencies across platforms or channels (online and offline: social, eCom, brand websites, communities, activations, etc…)
•To constantly monitor on-going activities and report progress against plan. Assist in conducting post evaluations
•To assist in processing product registration, license renewal/packaging amendments, advertising license, promotional activity license, testing, product photo editing, compose product description and pricing
•To manage marketing budget and update to line manager so as to ensure effective and efficient investment, handle document tracking and filing for A&P payment, accrual process
•To assist in obtaining understanding on consumer insights, competitor intelligence, brand guidelines and nutrition
•To produce monthly reports with analysis on sales, shares, brand health tracking etc. serving for management review
•To undertake projects and other tasks as assigned
•To conduct frequent trade and consumer visits
•To ensure compliance of Marketing procurement and spends control, with corporate policies and values.
