Assist to conduct brand/product innovation.
Track market/category/competitors/consumers
Assist to implement brand/product communication, activation and related marketing activities.
Assist to develop and manage brand key, brand vision and annual marketing plan.
Assist to track brand/product performance.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist Brand Manager to coordinate and lead internal and external relevant departments to ensure projects done properly and at high quality.
Assist to propose, develop, and implement the marketing program of assigned product.
Follow up and ensure direct marketing expense used effectively and efficiently to achieve product margin (P & L).
Assemble and analyze information on economy, competitor strategy & activation, customer insights, consumer needs and demands.
Other tasks: depending on the actual situation, direct supervisor or higher manager may add other permanent and/or temporary responsibilities in this job description.
Follow up, visit markets and analyze feedback from customers, consumers, then propose reactions.
Administration tasks: handling proposals, contracts and other documents in well-organized manner.
Assist direct superior in building annual marketing plan for the Company
Assist to propose, develop and implement tactical program to drive volume by period, regions, countries.
Assist to build annual marketing plan for assigned products.
Build relationship with suppliers, agencies and other department to get competitive information as well.
Assist to develop creative, media & research briefs and brief to agencies.
Assist to propose the development of new product and packages.
Assist developing the product communication strategies.
Work and follow up with agencies in developing TVC, packages, POSM, communication vehicles that fit with product communication strategy.
Followw up and analyze the development of assigned product (brand health, sales turnover, market share, …) and propose suitable programs.
Coordinate with other departments for relative projects.
