Assistant Chief Accountant ( Chinese Speaking)

Our Client is the leading manufacturing in the field, due to current requirements, we would like to recruit the Assitant Accounting Manager with a strategic mindset, strong organizational and result- oriented. She/ he will be in charge of Accounting functions in the company.
Manage overall tasks of Account operation, ensure proper checking, authorizing and recording all accounting transactions.
Responsible for timely and exactly tax and financial reports, payments, cash-flow management.
Perform cost forecasts/budgets, cost tracking, monitoring and controls. Manage daily receivable and payable costs.
Periodically inspect stocks, fixed assets.
In charge of audit requirement following the finance and accounting standards.
Build up and maintain internal control and effective accounting system.
Work with external parties: banks, suppliers, local authorities…
Assist and advise managers on financial and accounting issues.
Manage team and work with leader of others departments to completion
Perform reports or tasks as required

Degree in Finance or Accounting is preferred
Problem solving, analytical person
Strong MS office, SAP
Understand Vietnamese Finance and Accounting Law.
Trustful person with good communication and interpersonal skills
Fluent in Chinese
