Assistant Cutting Manager - FGL ĐỒNG THÁP

- Supervising and managing all the operations in the Cutting dept on a real time basis as per the instructions of the Cutting Manager , resolving the administrative and technical issues. And escalating those issues which cannot be resolved to the Cutting Manager ,. Working with Team members giving them correct instructions to help them achieve their targets and efficiency. Plan cut, master plan, laying sheet, production in cutting, input)
- Coordinate with other related Dept to meet the PCD and  Pilot run plan to ensure smooth operation and achieve maximum productivity  in Cutting department to Improve supply chain to reduce waste and interruption
- Arrange daily meeting with team members and give them relevant and correct information .Assessing what  can be  achieved and what  can’t be  achieved  and taking corrective action to meet Targets for the cutting department
- Optimize material usage to minimize waste
- Develop the team
- Maintain the standards of ISO and HSE
- Attend all Technical meetings, PP Meetings,  CP meetings , Management Meetings
