Assistant Manager – Account Management

• Manage RFQs with the assigned customers and work closely with Operations and Solutions teams to ensure progress on track
• Develop and monitor KPI performance reviews with customers regularly; coordinate with other LF Logistics countries when required
• Strategically develop, improve and solidify business relationships with the assigned key customers and their vendors
• Collaborate with Operations and Solutions teams to introduce solutions to the assigned key customers, including but not limited to Distribution Center Services, Transportation Management, Omni Services and Freight Management
• Support the initiative and project implementations for the assigned accounts
• Proactively anticipate and understand customer’s needs and identify new business potentials and suggest corresponding solutions

Education:
• Bachelor’s Degree Holder (in Logistics & Supply Chain Management or related discipline preferred but not mandatory)
Experience:
• At least 3-4 years experience in key account management role in contract logistics / distribution center operations
Functional Competencies:
• Good command in written and spoken English
• Proven track record in negotiation and able to balance customer expectations and company requirements
• Good MS Office, especially Excel and Power Point.
• Good in numbers and confident in customer facing and presentation
• Good problem solver with positive attitude and team work approach at all time
• Integrated commercial knowledge in distribution center services, transportation, freight forwarding and Omni services would be an advantage
