Assistant Manager, Bancassurance Compensation

PURPOSE:
As a role of Compensation, you are the key contact/ coordinator between the external stake holders (Bank Partners – Banca HO & FWD Banca Sales Team from all level (RDOB/DOB/BSM/FSC)) and internal related stakeholders (FIN, Other Banca Staffs & IT) on compensation related issues.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Bank Compensation Management:
- Working with Bank partners and internal financial department on the commission payment to make sure that the Bank payment is paid on time and accurately.
- Working with Finance & Accounting Team and IT regarding to Bank compensation issues.
- Working with Actuarial Team on cross checking bank compensation.
Internal Sales Force Compensation Management:
- Working with Finance & Accounting Team and IT to make sure the FSC and BSM compensation is paid on time and accurately.
- Working with Actuarial Team on cross checking FSC/BSM compensation.
- Responding to all enquiries from FSC/BSM/DOB/SDOB regarding to the compensation/incentives on time/ accurately.
Systems
- Support supervisor to UAT testing for those related systems.
Related reports:
- Delivery other required reports (Withholding, PIT, ...) report on time and accurately.
Other ad-hoc tasks as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE
- At least 7 years of experience, with minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Data Analytics/MIS/ Compensation.
- University/College Degree.
KNOWLEDGE & TECHNICAL SKILLS
- Self-motivated and self–learning.
- Able to work under tight deadlines and changing priorities as required & under high pressure.
- Good problem-solving skills.
- Computer proficiency: Excellent in MS Excel/Access/Power Point, SQL/VBA.
- Result-oriented and work with high responsibility.
- Good interpersonal, communication (both English and Vietnamese) and presentation skills.
- Teamwork spirit.
- Strong analytical skill.
