Mô tả công việc

Recruitment and Resignation
➢ Provides job candidates by screen, interview, and test applicants; maintaining personnel
records; obtaining temporary staff from agencies Day to day HR matters
➢ Prepares and sends format for ads with regards current job openings
➢ Develop, coordinate and maintain position descriptions for current/new positions
➢ Makes initial interviews and facilitates examinations to qualified applicants
➢ Reviews write-ups and makes recommendations and forwarding them to the General
Manager
➢ Prepares Employment Contract and Employee’s appointments for promotion or transfer of
assignments
➢ Maintains human resources records by recording new hires, transfers, terminations,
changes in job classifications
➢ Prepare all related documents for any update; new employees, resigned employees and
any change for existing employees
• Training & Development:
➢ Monitors the progress of the Employee’s Career Development Programs. Maintains the
Training Course Monitoring System
➢ Conducts orientation course and/or seminars for new Employees, disseminating to them
among other things, the Company’s rules and regulations
➢ Conducts researches or surveys needed in the preparation of training designs and
modules
➢ Prepares training materials including certificates of completion and other supplies for
Employees Training Program
➢ Prepares the evaluation reports after every training program conducted to determine its
effectiveness. Collates all the program evaluation forms filled by the participants
➢ Undertakes the proper filing of all official training documents, records and memos
• Payroll
➢ Prepare monthly payroll and checking on monthly overtime, allowances, benefits, etc…
➢ Ensure employees salary, 13th month salary and bonus paid within timeline
➢ Prepare income tax submission and payroll slips as per local rule and regulation
➢ Prepare/assist in reporting to Department of Labour, Government
➢ Prepare and maintain filling of insurances
➢ Prepare 13th month bonus and Management Bonus accrual
➢ Closely work with operations and outsource payroll agents ensure closely monitor
outsource labour workforce and payroll payment process
➢ Maintain and update employees’ data in HR database system and employees’ profile.
➢ Prepare and submit monthly headcount, staff cost summary report and ad-hoc report
➢ Compliance company payroll payment with local authority rules and regulation
➢ Coordinate as the local point with Life and Medical Insurance Company, Social Security
Office. Prepare all related documents for any update; new employees, resigned
employees and any change for existing employees
➢ Maintain annual leave records.
➢ Perform counselling to staff if required
• Salary Budget and HR Policies & Procedures
➢ Work with Regional Office to prepare annual salary budget and control cost effectively
➢ Maintain and update HR Policies & Procedures
➢ Ensure all employees have better understand company HR Policies & Procedures
➢ Ensure HR Policies & Procedures is not against labour law in Vietnam
➢ Maintain and update organisation structure
➢ Facilitates the conduct of Employee evaluation through the Performance Appraisal System
➢ Support Regional Office for any reports or information required
• Administrative
➢ Manage visa apply for all employees and work permit processes for expatriates (if any)
➢ Arrange and book flight for employee
➢ Arrange and book accommodation for Loscam visitors
➢ Manage office equipment and infrastructure to ensure a well-running office
➢ Conduct procurement of stationery for staff and meetings/workshops and assets of the
office
➢ Update the filling system and manage filing the office documents for both hard and
electronic copies
➢ Distribution and coordinate for monthly birthday card and long service awards
➢ Coordinate for company’s events & conferences
➢ Participate in OH&S in the office
➢ Liaise with insurance agent on yearly property insurance renewal process
➢ Other activities that may be assigned from time to time
