Duties may include but not limited to:
Report to Senior Manager in supervising Preventive Maintenance Team for daily operation
Scheduling the preventive maintenance and major overhaul of the MEP system, equipment & facilities
Competent experience in handling LV Switch Board/ Central UPS system/Generator sets and power distribution system maintenance
Trouble shooting, Testing & commissioning of Electrical/UPS/HVAC system
Effective supervision engineering team and contractor to deliver the services in compliance with work standard.
Prioritization and allocation of work orders among technicians to ensure engineering support services rapidly address and where possible, anticipate, individual needs.
Providing training and guidance to technicians on daily maintenance and ensure accurate record are maintained.
Keep track of MEP system performance and reliability to ensure equipment and system performs in ultimate operation efficiency
Manage and lead the MEP supervisors and technicians in providing MEP support to other departments
Predicting potential risk of MEP system defectiveness and take proactive action to prevent from service suspension
Manage and monitor MEP system operation data to ensure systems are operated in efficient manner
Ensure the team to comply with inhouse safety policy and procedures
Train up the team member with capability to react with incidents promptly
Active participant in the delivery of environmental initiatives for energy management and sustainability
Maintain accurate record of maintenance activities, utilities consumption and advise management on the respective actions
Manage and monitor contractors’ performance in complying with service level agreement
Promote a culture of workplace safety and health through training and communication and enforcement of related policy and procedures
managing the opex and capex expenses of engineering ensuring respective budget and timeline to be met
contributing to the operation life cycle, safety and health best practice, energy efficiency and environmental friendliness for systems’ operation and sustainability;
ensuring reliable building services system operation and responsive to incidents;
ensuing safety and comfort of guest experience and deliver engineering service in a courteous. Efficient and professional manner
To Provide 24/7 emergency call support and site attendance.
ensuring staff awareness of operation best practice to deliver engineering service in highest quality
managing minor A&A project and deliver in efficiency manner
planning and organizing the due diligence for taking over new venue for documenting defect taking record and standard operation procedure;
handling procurement and tendering document in complying company procurement policy
performing non-office hours duty for ad hoc events/bad weather condition or emergency is required.
Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
