Job Title: Assistant Marketing Manager

Reports to: Assistant General Manager
PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES
Reports
To come up with customer’s performance report for analyzing purpose
Based on reports,
- To come up with shortlist of benefits for customers
- Those reports have to be prepared by daily, weekly, monthly, and ad hoc.
For analyzing customers’ playing trend, to come up with reports using system and by manual research on floor or outside of venue.
Others document work
Managing the customer’s information
To update and adjust the information of customer in order to improve value of customers’ information(e.g. address, telephone, preference, preferred game, and etc)
Monitor customer’s special day and report it to manager with something to offer customers.
Support
Promotion activities on floor
Service the customers to improve the level of satisfaction on floor
Others
Collecting customer’s voice on customer’s side
Preparing items required for promotion and marketing purpose
Follow up reasonable instruction from marketing manager or above
Essential duties and responsibilities:
Main Job
To put the idea for developing marketing activities to promotion and plan of marketing
Other tasks as assigned;
Activities in out of Venue for creating new customers and bring ex-customers back to MCS.

- Passionate, reliable and can work under pressure;
- Have the experience 1 year or more in the equivalent position; Casino experience will be advantage;
- Korean/ Japanese; English speaking is advantage
- Others: To be discussed in the interview.
- Ability of working independent and teamwork;
- University degree or equivalent;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
